By joining the Gravity Affiliate Program through PartnerStack, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before promoting Gravity Forms.
“Gravity Forms” refers to the Gravity Forms software product, owned and operated by Rocketgenius, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Program Overview
The Gravity Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers through properly tracked affiliate links. Affiliate tracking, reporting, and payments are administered via PartnerStack, subject to PartnerStack’s platform terms in addition to this agreement.
2. Enrollment & Approval
- Participation requires submitting an affiliate application and receiving approval.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
- Approval may be revoked at any time if an affiliate violates these Terms & Conditions.
3. Affiliate Links & Tracking
- Approved affiliates are issued unique tracking links through PartnerStack.
- Commissions are only earned on purchases made through properly tracked affiliate links.
- Word-of-mouth referrals, untracked links, or improperly formatted URLs are not eligible for commissions.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their links are correctly implemented.
4. Commissions
- Affiliates earn 20% commission on qualifying sales, unless otherwise stated.
- Commission rates may temporarily increase during promotional periods but will revert to the standard rate afterward.
- Commission eligibility requires full payment by the customer and successful tracking attribution.
- All commission calculations, locking periods, and payout timing follow PartnerStack’s reporting rules.
5. Payments
- Payments are issued through PartnerStack using the payment method configured in your affiliate account.
- Affiliates are responsible for keeping payment details accurate and up to date.
- We are not responsible for failed or returned payments due to incorrect affiliate information.
6. Stand-Down & Reversal Policies
Stand-Down Policy
Gravity Forms enforces a stand-down policy to fairly determine the conversion “winner” when multiple partners are involved in a referral path. This policy helps protect affiliates who meaningfully contribute to a conversion.
Reversal Policy
- Gravity Forms reserves the right to reverse commissions for refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or invalid transactions.
- The maximum reversal percentage may be up to 100%, as permitted by PartnerStack.
7. Media Partner Tracking Pixels
Affiliates may fire their own tracking pixels upon completion of a consumer action, provided such tracking complies with applicable privacy laws and PartnerStack requirements.
8. Prohibited Trademark Usage
The following trademarked terms may not be used without express written consent from Rocketgenius, Inc.:
- Gravity Forms
- Rocketgenius
This applies to all promotional channels, including websites, ads, metadata, and domain names.
9. Paid Search Restrictions
Affiliates may not bid on or target paid search terms containing Gravity Forms trademarks or confusing variations, including but not limited to:
- Gravity Forms
- Rocketgenius
- Gravityforms
The following terms are also prohibited in paid search campaigns:
- Gravity
- GF
- RG
- Coupon
- Coupons
Violation of these restrictions may result in account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
10. Qualifying Sites & Content Standards
We reserve the right to reject or remove affiliates based on site content. Disallowed sites include those that:
- Promote sexually explicit material, violence, or illegal activities
- Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Publish unauthorized or scraped coupon codes
- Host coupon aggregation or “coupon stacking” sites

11. Permitted Brand Usage
Affiliates may:
- Use official Gravity Forms banners and assets provided through their affiliate account
- Request additional approved creative assets if needed
All usage must clearly indicate that the affiliate is independent and not an official Gravity Forms partner or employee.
12. Prohibited Brand Usage
Affiliates may not:
- Use Gravity Forms logos or branding in a way that implies official partnership or ownership
- Register or use domains containing “Gravity Forms” or confusing variations
- Promote unauthorized discounts or coupons
- Sell, resell, sublicense, or distribute Gravity Forms products
- List Gravity Forms products on auction or resale marketplaces
- Collect payments or act as a reseller
13. Anti-Spam Policy
Gravity Forms maintains a zero-tolerance policy for spam and abusive promotion tactics.
Prohibited activities include:
- Sending unsolicited email (spam)
- Posting off-topic or excessive promotional content in forums or social platforms
- Keyword spam, blog comment spam, or auto-generated content
- Unsolicited direct messages or chat solicitations
- Offline promotions where prohibited by law or policy
Verified violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
14. Relationship of the Parties
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture relationship. Affiliates may not make representations on behalf of Gravity Forms or Rocketgenius.
15. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination, affiliates must immediately:
- Remove all affiliate links
- Cease use of Gravity Forms trademarks and assets
- Stop representing themselves as a Gravity affiliate
16. Limitation of Liability
Gravity Forms will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data. Our total liability under this agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the affiliate.
17. Disclaimers
We make no guarantees regarding earnings, conversion rates, or uninterrupted tracking. Participation in the affiliate program is at your own risk.
18. Modifications
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
19. Acceptance
By joining the Gravity Affiliate Program through PartnerStack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
